GS 4510:2022 is the Ghana standard governing requirements for imported used motor vehicles.

Conditions the GSA FAQ lists as prohibited

Flood or submersion damage, fire damage, vehicles from parts, scrap or dismantling, a broken, cracked, bent or twisted chassis or safety cage, vehicles above 15 years, vehicles assembled from spare parts, and vehicles with no km/h speedometer.
