Vehicle title or ownership documentation

What: proof you may ship the vehicle. Why: carriers and customs may ask for it. When: from the seller at purchase. Who: the seller or registered owner. Next: hold the original and a scan.

Export documentation

What: export paperwork required by the origin country. Why: the vehicle must leave legally. When: before loading. Who: usually the exporter or shipping agent. Next: ask your agent what applies where you are.

Importer information

What: your details as the Ghana importer. Why: they identify the consignee. When: when booking. Who: you. Next: confirm spelling matches your registration and ID.

Shipping instructions
