Complete the request

Submit your request through PVOCGH. If the official GSA request form remains part of your route, it is linked here.

Prepare the vehicle

Bring a clean vehicle with accessible identification plates, working lights and a readable instrument cluster. Fuel and battery should allow it to be started and moved.

Prepare the paperwork

Have ownership documents and your registration as an importer ready. Your case lists what is needed for your request.

Know what happens next

An approved provider, location and appointment will appear only after authorized booking is enabled and confirmed. PVOCGH booking and routing are currently unavailable. Results must move through the authorized conformity process before any separate certificate release.
