Confirm the certificate is released

A passed inspection is not a released certificate. Before shipment, obtain the authorized CoC and confirm the applicable VEDIS stage and all carrier/export requirements. Your case shows only verified milestones; do not ship based on a draft, informal assurance or pass alone.

Hold your documents

Certificate of Conformity, title or ownership documents, importer details and shipping instructions are the usual set. Which are needed for your vehicle depends on the vehicle and the carrier.

Talk to the shipping line early

Carriers set their own booking and document cut-offs. Ask what they need and when.

Look ahead to customs

Customs preparation can begin before arrival where Ghana Revenue Authority guidance permits. Read it before the vessel sails.
